How it works

A reviewable production path.

  1. Plan. Create a project, define the story world and cast, write the script, and prepare the episode shot board.
  2. Prepare references. Generate or upload character, scene, and prop references. Review and lock the assets used by the episode.
  3. Produce. Generate video shots and language-specific speech, sound, and subtitles from the approved project materials.
  4. Quality review. Inspect generated shots and the final timeline. Failed candidates remain separate from approved media.
  5. Prepare publication. Review the final video, caption, and platform target. An operator authorizes delivery through the configured publisher.
Anime Factory records production and publication status. Platform authorization and final publication remain tied to the selected platform account and its current integration.
