Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Anime Factory, the AetherNeo creator production workspace at anime-factory.aetherneo.com.

1. Access and acceptable use

Use the Studio only if you are authorized by the account administrator. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Do not use the service to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, upload content you are not authorized to use, or interfere with the service.

2. Your content

You retain your rights in material you provide. You grant the service the limited permission needed to store, process, transform, and deliver that material for the production tasks you request. You are responsible for the accuracy, permissions, and lawful use of scripts, images, audio, video, captions, and other material you submit.

3. AI-generated material

Generation features may send the relevant project inputs to configured third-party AI and infrastructure providers. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to material generated for others. You must review outputs and obtain any permissions needed before publication.

4. Third-party platforms

Third-party platforms have their own terms, rules, and availability. Anime Factory does not guarantee that a platform will accept, publish, or distribute content. TikTok Direct Post sends the selected approved video and caption only after the signed-in operator explicitly confirms. TikTok retrieves the video from a short-lived signed media URL on the Anime Factory domain. Platform processing, moderation, visibility and public availability remain subject to TikTok's rules and app approval.

5. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an evolving basis. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed. Keep independent copies of important source material and finished work.

6. Suspension and termination

The account administrator may suspend access to protect the service, users, or third parties. You may ask the account administrator who provisioned your account to close access or request deletion of project data.
