Privacy Policy

This policy describes information processed by Anime Factory, an AetherNeo creator production workspace.

1. Information processed

• Studio account data: the account name used to sign in and session/security data needed to keep the Studio available.
• Project data: story text, scripts, shot boards, character and scene references, prompts, images, audio, video, subtitles, and publication metadata that a user or operator adds or generates.
• Operations data: job status, service logs, error details, publisher health, and platform publication status needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.
• TikTok connection data: TikTok open ID, display name and avatar when returned by TikTok, granted scopes, token expiry times, and encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens. Tokens are encrypted server-side before D1 storage. For a confirmed Direct Post, TikTok retrieves the selected video from a short-lived signed URL on the Anime Factory domain; Anime Factory also sends the caption and stores the TikTok publish ID, selected visibility, submission status and any error. Disconnecting revokes the access token and deletes the stored connection.
• Browser publisher data: the separate TikTok Studio browser adapter stores its Playwright session state in the configured publisher container’s persistent account volume.

2. How information is used

Information is used to authenticate Studio access, save and restore projects, generate and review requested media, prepare publications, connect a TikTok account, refresh its authorization, send a specifically selected video after explicit confirmation, check posting status, prevent misuse, and maintain service reliability.

3. Service providers

Depending on the features used, project information may be processed by Cloudflare (application, database, and object storage), configured AI/model providers such as DeepSeek and SiliconFlow, research providers such as Metaso, GPU infrastructure providers, the operator-managed publisher host, and TikTok when a user connects TikTok or confirms a post. Providers receive the information required for the requested operation, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

4. Storage and retention

Project records and media are stored in the service’s configured database and object storage. They are kept while a project remains active or archived in the service, unless the account administrator removes them or a longer retention is required for security or legal reasons. Finished media may be retained separately from temporary production files. Ask the account administrator who provisioned your Studio account to request access, correction, or deletion.

5. Security

The service uses authenticated Studio access and restricted machine credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not place passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information in story prompts or media unless necessary for your task.

6. Children and age

Anime Factory is intended for adult creators and is not designed for children to use directly.

7. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated as the service changes. The date above shows the latest revision. For privacy or deletion requests, contact the Anime Factory account administrator who provisioned your Studio account.
